It’s not uncommon to become so worried about a problem that we feel we can’t stop thinking about it. It may even invade our dreams, and we often feel that we can’t forget the problem until we solve it. Buddha explained that the opposite is true: we can’t solve a problem until we forget it. Once we let go of grasping at the problem, we can develop a peaceful, inspired state of mind that has the insight and clarity to address constructively whatever challenge remains. In this half-day course, come learn practical methods to forget your problems and instead experience peace, clarity and inspiration.

About The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Wangden, is an American Buddhist monk and Resident 
Teacher at Menlha Kadampa Buddhist Center, Lambertville, NJ. A close 
disciple of the internationally renowned Buddhist teacher and 
meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Wangden is known for 
his kind heart, clear teachings, and practical advice.
