Create some space and peace in your busy day - relax, refresh and de-stress! Cultivate inner peace through a guided practice and enjoy the rest of your day with an inspired, uplifting, and positive mind.
Sessions begin with a simple, guided breathing meditation, to calm and relax the mind. This is followed by some simple advice on how to live a happier, more relaxed and positive life, and completed by a second guided meditation. With regular practice these meditations help us to experience mental clarity, a sense of well-being, and increased love and compassion for others.
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience or pre-registration is necessary. Chairs and cushions are available to sit on.
