At Vajra Light Buddhist Center, our mission is to share the priceless gift of Buddha’s teachings and meditation practices with as many people as possible in the Westchester area. Our community service is giving people the means to develop inner peace. Through year-round regular and special programming at Vajra Light, people receive teachings, meditate, and converse at our Center. As we interact with one another, our Center’s activities ripple out in all directions, effecting thousands of people. In this way, we all contribute to individual and community peace, happiness and well-being - now and in the future!
Small Buddhist centers like Vajra Light thrive on the positive wishes and support of the communities they serve. Help us keep the path to wisdom, compassion, peace and happiness open and flourishing in our area. Vajra Light is an entirely volunteer-run non-profit organization, and all class fees and donations go directly to supporting the Center.
