THE HAPPINESS COURSE
A New Direction: Towards Happiness and Freedom

with Donna Campanelli

Buddha’s teachings give us a swift and direct method to help us attain the happiness and meaning in our life that we all long for. During this course, we will learn the essential meanings of the Lamrim Meditations, Buddha’s special arrangement of twenty-one profound meditations that comprise the essential Kadampa Buddhist practice. Week by week, we will learn how these profound teachings reveal clearly and precisely a gradual step-by-step spiritual path to release our minds from pain and delusions. We will gain insight into the true meaning of our human life by learning how to connect to our potential for inner peace, love and freedom, and begin our journey to a happiness we hardly knew existed.

Pre-registration not necessary. Everyone is welcome!
