Why Me? Understanding Karma
Every Sunday, 2:30-4:00pm
In his teachings on Karma, Buddha revealed the true nature of this universal law - known as the wisdom of cause and effect - according to which all our actions of body, speech, and mind are causes and all our experiences are their effects.
The law of karma explains why each individual has a unique mental disposition, a unique physical appearance, and unique experiences. Through understanding these universal principles and learning how to recognize karma functioning in our daily lives, we can gain real confidence in our ability to change our future and understand our past. This wisdom is important for everyone because we all want to be free from problems and experience sustainable happiness!
