The Compassionate Warrior

Every Sunday, 10:30AM - 12:00PM

The method for becoming a truly happy person is quite simple.  Be kind; always.  Generating and maintaining a mind of great compassion for others is the foundation of Buddhist practice and one of the key aims of meditation.  Showing kindness for others results in an extraordinary sense of stability and tranquility.  The Buddhist ideal of such a being is a bodhisattva, a person who generates this supreme good heart at all times.  A bodhisattva is an extraordinary being with an extraordinary goal.  In this series, we will explore the bodhisattva ideal and the profound and inspiring benefits of generating the heart and mind of universal compassion.
