To celebrate 25 years of Dharma in Westchester, we are delighted to welcome Special Guest Teacher, National Spiritual Director, Kadam Morten Clausen for a very special course.

It is easy to feel stuck in patterns from the past. We may notice ourselves repeating the same thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, even when they no longer serve us. According to Buddha’s teachings, however, nothing about us is fixed. Through meditation and practical wisdom, we can let go of old habits and deliberately cultivate new, healthier ways of thinking and living.

In this course, Kadam Morten will explain how meditation helps us break free from unhelpful mental patterns and build positive habits that support the life we truly want. You will learn simple, practical methods for transforming your mind, developing inner strength, and creating genuine change from within.

Whether you are brand new to Buddhism or have been practicing for years, this event is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect, deepen your understanding, and celebrate the flourishing of Vajra Light Kadampa Buddhist Center over the past 25 years.

After the course, please join us for a delicious lunch and joyful community gathering as we continue the celebration together.

Everyone is welcome!
