Is it possible to live fearlessly?

According to Buddha, all fear, even our deepest fears of aging, sickness, and death, arises from the mind. By learning to understand and protect our mind, we can discover a stable inner peace that is not dependent on changing circumstances. This begins with the courage to acknowledge our existential vulnerability, that everything we usually rely upon cannot ultimately protect us.

In this series, we will learn to transform fear into a meaningful path by turning toward a reliable inner refuge: the Three Jewels - Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Through developing trust in these, we learn to build genuine inner protection, become more present and resilient, and gradually discover what it means to live with clarity, purpose, and fearlessness.

Everyone welcome! Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
