The Lamrim, or stages of the path to enlightenment, presents a sequence of meditations that help us find real inner peace and purpose. In this half-day retreat, we’ll explore how to develop a simple and enjoyable daily meditation practice using two of these Lamrim meditations from The New Meditation Handbook. Through clear guidance and the opportunity for two meditation sessions, you’ll learn how to begin, or refresh, your own daily practice and carry a peaceful, positive mind into everyday life.

Everyone is welcome. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
No pre-registration necessary.
