The reason we find it difficult to change is because our negative thoughts are so deeply ingrained in our minds. Even when our meditation practice seems to be going well, lingering traces of negativity interfere with our peace of mind. In this class, we will learn a special method of purification called The Four Opponent Powers that will help us do a “deep cleaning” of our mind and clear the way for us to realize our full potential.

Tenants in the building with designated spaces do come at random times and we don’t want to create any imposition for them. The lot diagonally across the street is FREE.
